BVT Technologies, a.s. cooperates with Probe Scientific, UK on the sensors and flow-cells development to be used with Probe Scientific patented technology which allows continuous blood sampling. In the present time there is PME011 (Probe Scientific, Ltd., UK) product which you can order at our company.
In cooperation we have developed first microdialysis catheter integrated with flow-cell FC2 (BVT Technologies, a.s., CZ) which enables continuous monitoring of low-molecular substances in circulating blood. Sensors AC1.* are suitable for signal detection. BVT Technologies, a.s. produces and provides another accesories for the measurements using Microdialysis system; i.e. linear pump LP or data evaluation devices and potenciostats - see BVT Technologies products.
Probe Scientific Ltd is developing innovative products to solve clinical problems and improve healthcare. The company has a substantial product pipeline based on its proprietary technologies and is seeking to commercialise this range to simultaneously benefit shareholders and the community in general. Probe Scientific Ltd is a private company, founded in 1998 and is based in Bedford, UK.
| PME011
| Microdialysis catheter PME011 is provided with a special membrane which produces a "plasma-like" sample without the need for blood centrifugation. It enables "plasma-like" samples taking and continuous monitoring of low-molecular substances in circulating blood without withdrawing blood from the patient. It offers virtually real-time information. Samples can be collected for off-line analysis if required. This catheter is easy to use and reduces risks of contact with blood borne pathogens. The MicroEye is intended for intravenous use for periods up to 48 hours and is inserted via 18G blood catheter. | 150 € |
| MDC1 | MICRODIALYSIS CATHETER FOR "IN VITRO" MEASUREMENT - MDC1, new device developed in cooperation with Probe Scientific, Ltd., UK, integrates the microflow cell FC2 (BVT Technologies a.s.) interconnected with microdialysis catheter PME011 (Probe Scientific, Ltd., UK). MDC1 enables continuous monitoring of low-molecular substances in circulating blood without withdrawing blood from the testing animal. (The device is not approved for human use as a whole; the microdialysis catheter has the approval for medical use). The device can be also used for measurement in fermentation reactors, in subcutaneous tissues or in special scientific apparatuses. The main advantage of this catheter is in a special membrane which produces a "plasma-like" or "prefiltered" sample without the need for blood centrifugation or deproteinization. MDC1 makes online monitoring of different blood parameters (biochemical compounds actual concentration or kinetics of enzymatic reactions) possible. The device is also convenient for pharmacological studies. The device can be used only for non human applications. | 350 € |
